What you will do
- Own the product area backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and outcome-focused user stories.
- Conduct direct customer discovery to ground proposals in evidence rather than assumptions.
- Lead squad ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Define success metrics and instrumentation requirements for every feature shipped.
- Manage roadmap candidates and evaluate inbound requests from commercial teams.
- Collaborate within a Product Trio alongside UX designers and engineers to solve complex problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role within an Agile SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and experience leading ceremonies.
- Ability to write outcome-focused user stories and define clear success metrics.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting usage data to inform prioritization.
- Experience managing inbound requests from non-technical stakeholders and framing trade-offs.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Background in marketing technology, content workflows, or Digital Asset Management.
- Demonstrable professional experience using AI tools for research and analysis.
