Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote-first, must be based in the UK (offices in London and Nottingham).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, vision, and roadmap for customer configuration and onboarding.
• Define product requirements for secure, auditable, and governed configuration systems.
• Build scalable, self-service capabilities to reduce operational burden across customer segments.
• Make evidence-based prioritization decisions and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Implement dashboards and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement in security and customer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and commercial teams to deliver high-value product outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering products or significant features end-to-end, ideally in platform configuration or onboarding.
• Ability to make autonomous, data-informed decisions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex relationships with senior commercial and security partners.
• Must be based in the UK to support the remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform-based environments.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and AI productivity tools.
