What you will do

• Manage 2 to 3 active client projects simultaneously, overseeing project status, timelines, and potential blockers.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Define product vision and detailed requirements for initial product scopes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into intuitive designs with product designers and define user stories for engineering and QA.
• Lead weekly client meetings, demo development milestones, and manage expectations regarding scope and budget.
• Support sales by drafting proposals, scoping documents, and identifying up-sell opportunities for additional features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager for digital products (SaaS, mobile, web, AI).
• Proven track record in relationship management with executive-level stakeholders or in client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced development environment.
• Located in the EST time zone (or adjacent) with availability to overlap European hours (8am-1pm Eastern).
