TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (AI): Leading the concept, roadmap, requirements, and launch of multiple client web, mobile, SaaS, and AI products with an accent on client leadership, product discovery, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on managing simultaneous projects, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, resolving scope and prioritization challenges, and collaborating with engineering teams on AI and machine learning products.
Location: Remote, United States; candidates must be located in the EST time zone or an adjacent time zone and overlap with the European team from 8am–1pm Eastern.

What you will do
- Lead the concept, roadmap, requirements, and launch of approximately six client digital products annually.
- Manage 2–3 active clients and projects, tracking status, timelines, scope, risks, and blockers.
- Research client markets, industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Translate product visions into user stories, requirements, milestones, acceptance criteria, and intuitive product designs.
- Coordinate with design, project management, engineering, and QA teams from concept through launch.
- Lead client meetings, demos, scope discussions, proposals, sales support, and opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with digital products such as SaaS, mobile, web, or AI products.
- Strong relationship management experience in client-facing or executive-stakeholder roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic product-development environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Must be located in the EST time zone or an adjacent time zone and able to overlap with the European team from 8am–1pm Eastern.
