What you will do

• Own and prioritize the data product backlog, writing user stories and epics for data ingestion, transformation, and APIs.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in partnership with Engineering and Data teams.
• Shape the data platform roadmap to align with long-term company objectives and strategic business impact.
• Partner with Product Managers across product lines to identify and enable necessary data sources and intelligence.
• Manage third-party data integrations, API partnerships, and vendor relationships including compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Data Science and AI teams to surface KPIs, benchmarks, and predictive automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Owner or PM experience focusing on data products, platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven track record managing backlogs and sprint execution for APIs or shared platform capabilities.
• Technical proficiency in data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architecture concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business goals into clear, prioritized technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical AI/data concepts in business terms.
• US work authorization is required (indicated by 401k and US health benefits).

Nice to have

• Background in automotive fixed ops, transportation, logistics, or data-intensive SaaS.
• CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent agile certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business.
