What you will do

• Design and deliver functional, user-focused digital customer experiences across multiple platforms.
• Manage client relationships in a supplier-client environment to ensure project success.
• Apply and adapt delivery methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban, to project requirements.
• Enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work by remaining flexible and solution-oriented.
• Collaborate with regional teams to prioritize partner needs and drive digital transformation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds, UK.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing environment managing supplier-client dynamics.
• Strong background in designing functional, user-focused digital customer experiences.
• Deep understanding of delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to tailor approaches flexibly based on client needs and project constraints.
