What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from problem discovery and solution shaping to delivery and launch.
• Conduct customer interviews and analyze usage data to drive evidence-based product decisions.
• Rapidly prototype ideas using AI tools to test assumptions and validate concepts early.
• Write detailed requirements and define success metrics to guide engineering and design teams.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to unblock issues and coordinate go-to-market activities.
• Make decisive trade-offs regarding scope, quality, and timelines to maintain development pace.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of owning and shipping products with measurable customer outcomes.
• Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, LLMs, and agentic tooling to accelerate workflows.
• Experience conducting direct customer discovery and turning insights into product strategy.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders.
