What you will do

• Execute product line strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Capture market insights and "voice of customer" feedback from pharma, biotech, and academic customers.
• Partner with R&D to define product requirements, specifications, and performance metrics.
• Define product positioning, pricing, and differentiation within the proteomic market.
• Analyze KPIs to monitor performance and drive continual improvements in lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Finance to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, marketing, communications, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product management.
• Demonstrated understanding of immunoassays and proteomics platforms.
• Familiarity with flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western blot technologies.
• Must be based in the USA (Maryland) or able to work under a hybrid/remote model within this region.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours occasionally.
