What you will do

  • Prospect and identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outbound tactics.
  • Conduct outbound calls and proactive outreach to educate prospects about Employer of Record services and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads and collect key information to assess client potential.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop and execute lead-generation and pipeline-development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records of activities, interactions, and prospecting details.
  • Partner with marketing by sharing feedback on campaigns and monitoring industry trends and competitors to position EOR services effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English speaker.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persistence in managing rejection.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency using sales tools and technologies.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
