What you will do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to commercial property owners, business owners, and real estate investors.
- Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and educate them on tax-saving opportunities.
- Overcome objections and schedule high-quality appointments for senior consultants.
- Manage CRM records, track outreach activities, and maintain detailed call notes.
- Follow structured outreach cadences and prospecting workflows to grow the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or in Inside Sales/Lead Generation.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or very slight accent.
- Strong ability to handle objections and communicate confidently with high-net-worth individuals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B sales for professional, financial, tax, or real estate services.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Background in commission-based or performance-driven sales environments.
