What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calling and social media engagement.
- Manage and grow existing lead pipelines while uncovering new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer surveys and implement effective B2B sales strategies.
- Prepare commercial proposals and pricing documentation for prospective clients.
- Promote products and services while ensuring professional responses to all inquiries.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in a US-based firm is mandatory.
- Must be available to work US shift hours (5am-2pm CST).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Strong command of MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently.
