What you will do

• Architect, build, and automate complex multi-channel marketing programs and product launches.
• Execute and optimize marketing initiatives using industry-leading MarTech platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues with a proactive and data-driven approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Document technical issues, outcomes, and reproducible steps for future reference.
• Communicate program details and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across various organizational levels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an operational or data-driven role.
• Proficiency using AI tools to build automations, generate queries, and streamline QA processes.
• Advanced skills in managing large data sets using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
• Intermediate SQL for self-service and ad-hoc reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones with flexible hours.

Nice to have

• General understanding of enterprise-level billing and MarTech systems.
• Familiarity with Jira, SFDC, CODA, GitHub, AEP, Marketo, Claude, Smartsheet, QuickBase, or Tableau.
• Experience administering or configuring at least one Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) or CRM.
