Staff Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, based in the U.S.

Salary: $96,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity opportunities.

What you will do

• Own email channel strategy from planning and launch through post-test analysis, scaling, and program management.
• Manage email and push notification programs in partnership with Creative, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design.
• Contribute to system architecture, objective functions, and new model development for messaging programs.
• Design and run A/B tests across creative, landing pages, audience targeting, and integrated user experiences.
• Track program performance and ROI, build scalable reporting frameworks, and present campaign insights to leadership.
• Mentor colleagues, share best practices, and optimize processes to increase campaign and team velocity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience working with data and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide strategy and demonstrate impact.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting performance against KPIs.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, including the ability to lead without direct authority.
• AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, or another technical field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or HTML.
• Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with the Braze Engagement platform.
