Location: Must be based in the US (Austin, TX or Seattle, WA); flexible work model.
Salary: $116,500 – $163,000 (potential up to $186,500)

What you will do
- Own and maintain global naming standards, program structures, and asset organization patterns across all marketing channels.
- Develop a library of reusable assets, including journey blueprints, automation workflows, and standardized email templates.
- Establish scalable execution processes, including QA checklists, testing protocols, and launch readiness standards.
- Serve as the central lead for Marketing Operations training, creating guides and documentation to enable self-service.
- Lead the evaluation, business case development, and POC execution for new marketing channels (SMS, push, in-app, social).
- Monitor channel performance metrics and define governance frameworks for platform usage and access controls.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology focused on enablement and process design.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio and Journey Builder.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering technical training programs and documentation for diverse audiences.
- Experience evaluating and implementing new marketing channels and managing vendor selection.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and familiarity with JSON structures and technical documentation.
- Must be located in or have work authorization for the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Marketo.
- Familiarity with AMPscript and SSJS.
