What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing and onboarding handoff.
• Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct consultative product demonstrations tailored to the specific financial needs of small business owners.
• Consult with founders and operational leaders on tax compliance, payroll, and financial visibility.
• Collaborate with onboarding and bookkeeping teams to ensure a seamless customer implementation.
• Contribute to the refinement of sales processes, playbooks, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Monday through Friday.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Experience selling SaaS, fintech, financial services, or HR technology to SMBs.
• Strong proficiency in pipeline management and CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
• Ability to manage consultative sales cycles and engage effectively with executive decision-makers.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
