Compensation: $105,000–$120,000 CAD / $96,000–$104,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Drive new business sales from school districts across North America.
- Develop and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through prospecting and cold-calling.
- Conduct discovery calls and online sales presentations throughout the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with BDRs to support pipeline development goals.
- Manage and report on pipeline, revenue forecasting, and opportunity status in Salesforce.
- Represent the company at client and industry-related events and conferences.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada or the United States
- 3+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to develop sales plans and manage a pipeline.
- Strong communication skills with experience in consultative selling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and web-based presentation tools.
- University degree and formal training in sales techniques.
