TL;DR

Compensation: $105,000–$120,000 CAD / $96,000–$104,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Drive new business sales from school districts across North America.
  • Develop and manage a self-generated sales pipeline through prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Conduct discovery calls and online sales presentations throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with BDRs to support pipeline development goals.
  • Manage and report on pipeline, revenue forecasting, and opportunity status in Salesforce.
  • Represent the company at client and industry-related events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada or the United States
  • 3+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to develop sales plans and manage a pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in consultative selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and web-based presentation tools.
  • University degree and formal training in sales techniques.
