Salary: $176,500–$332,300 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the adoption strategy for AI-enabled ways of working, driving sustained behavior change beyond communication and training.
• Design champions networks, office hours, peer coaching, nudges, recognition programs, and adoption campaigns.
• Partner with AI platform teams and workflow owners to launch agents, standardized workflows, training, feedback loops, and reinforcement mechanisms.
• Align incentives, OKRs, competency models, promotion criteria, and performance signals with AI-first behaviors.
• Define adoption, proficiency, workflow coverage, productivity, quality, business impact, and employee sentiment metrics.
• Build governance routines and executive dashboards to monitor progress, risks, barriers, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 10 years with an advanced degree, or 5 years with a PhD.
• Typically 12–18+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, HR strategy, AI transformation, workforce transformation, communications, or business transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs across complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience with communications, training, stakeholder engagement, leadership enablement, adoption tracking, and behavior reinforcement.
• Experience supporting digital, AI, automation, analytics, operating model, or workforce transformation programs.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.

• Experience translating strategic priorities into practical change plans, learning journeys, adoption mechanisms, and leader-ready materials.
