What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for semiconductor wafer processing modules such as Photo, Etch, Deposition, or Diffusion.
• Improve equipment and process performance to enhance reliability, repeatability, and yield.
• Lead cross-functional teams to reduce cycle times and manufacturing costs.
• Develop, monitor, and test wafer fab products using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Perform process qualification for new equipment and analyze critical parameters.
• Present technical data and unique solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of Silicon Wafer Fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools like JMP.
• Experience with Six Sigma principles and 8D problem-solving methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy wafer fab technologies (3” to 6” wafers).
• Specific expertise in photo or etch processes.
• Skills in using AI tools for research and data analysis.
