What you will do

• Lead technical design and solutioning for programs using AI agents to surface assumptions and propose architecture options.
• Drive capacity, resource planning, and cross-team scheduling by leveraging AI to model scenarios and identify risks.
• Make strategic trade-offs regarding scope, sequencing, and resourcing that require human judgment beyond AI capabilities.
• Manage program delivery, including dependency resolution and launch quality, supported by AI-drafted tickets and monitoring tools.
• Design and operate evaluations for AI agents to ensure accuracy, faithfulness, and quality standards.
• Shape the AI tooling roadmap and drive adoption across engineering teams through coaching and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project management experience at a technology company.
• 3+ years leading software development with schedules and deadlines, preferably in SaaS.
• Practical experience using LLM-based agents or AI workflows in production.
• Experience contributing to evaluations for AI systems and using them to drive quality decisions.
• Technical depth sufficient to read engineering design proposals and debate prompt strategies.
• BS/BA degree required, preferably in computer science or technical disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured knowledge extraction or retrieval-augmented systems.
• Scrum Master, Scaled Agilist, or PMP Certification.
• Experience driving adoption of new tooling or process across engineering teams.
• Experience in a company at scale or large software development organization.
