What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Engineering Leadership.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring strategies and calibrate the talent bar.
• Execute a mix of high-volume hiring and high-touch searches for Staff Engineers and business-critical roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.
• Strengthen recruiting operations, ensure data integrity, and mentor teammates to scale the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of hiring across all levels, from early-career to Staff Engineers and Engineering Managers.
• Exceptional talent judgment with the ability to distinguish and articulate signals of top-tier engineering talent.
• Expertise in sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional talent in highly competitive markets.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders through data and market insights.
• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
