What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of client compensation partners.
• Drive enterprise-wide compensation strategy, design, and program delivery in partnership with the VP of Rewards.
• Collaborate with People teams and business leaders on complex and sensitive compensation matters.
• Improve compensation infrastructure, tooling, and operational excellence.
• Act as a senior advisor for executive offers, critical retention, and pay equity matters.
• Serve as the compensation lead for M&A diligence and integration activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• 3+ years in a people management role leading compensation professionals.
• Deep experience in the tech sector, preferably at high-growth private or pre-IPO companies.
• Proven ability to design and deliver global enterprise-wide programs (year-end cycles, equity refreshes).
• Strong analytical skills with mastery of Excel/gSheets; experience with Tableau, SQL, or Python is a plus.
• Must be based in the United States
