Salary: $170,000 - $235,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and develop the People Operations Core team, setting priorities and supporting professional growth.
- Own the long-term strategy and administration of core HR systems, including HCM, performance, and ticketing platforms.
- Design and scale employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.
- Ensure organizational compliance across recordkeeping, audit readiness, and documentation standards.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition and Talent Management operations to ensure efficient, data-backed workflows.
- Partner with Finance and Data Analytics to guide HR dashboards and workforce insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive People Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a formal leadership role.
- Deep expertise in HR systems strategy, configuration, and administration (e.g., HCM, performance, and ticketing platforms).
- Proven experience leading operational and compliance programs at scale in high-growth or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with cross-functional People Operations topics including compensation execution, equity logistics, and immigration coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with a bias toward structure, clarity, and scalable solutions.
