Salary: $170,000 - $235,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and develop the People Operations Core team, setting priorities and supporting professional growth.
• Own the long-term strategy and administration of core HR systems, including HCM, performance, and ticketing platforms.
• Design and scale employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.
• Ensure organizational compliance across recordkeeping, audit readiness, and documentation standards.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition and Talent Management operations to ensure efficient, data-backed workflows.
• Partner with Finance and Data Analytics to guide HR dashboards and workforce insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive People Operations experience, including at least 2 years in a formal leadership role.
• Deep expertise in HR systems strategy, configuration, and administration (e.g., HCM, performance, and ticketing platforms).
• Proven experience leading operational and compliance programs at scale in high-growth or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cross-functional People Operations topics including compensation execution, equity logistics, and immigration coordination.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with a bias toward structure, clarity, and scalable solutions.
