What you will do
- Administer global compensation programs, including market pricing, offers, promotions, and annual cycles.
- Maintain compensation infrastructure, including Workday configuration and global job architecture.
- Develop dashboards and workforce analyses using BI tools to support People decisions.
- Audit and validate HR data to ensure high data quality and consistency.
- Implement AI and automation to scale HR reporting and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, New York, United States
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation, people analytics, HRIS, or workforce analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing large datasets.
- Experience building data visualizations in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Core HCM or Compensation modules.
- Knowledge of salary benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data automation and querying.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
