What you will do

  • Administer global compensation programs, including market pricing, offers, promotions, and annual cycles.
  • Maintain compensation infrastructure, including Workday configuration and global job architecture.
  • Develop dashboards and workforce analyses using BI tools to support People decisions.
  • Audit and validate HR data to ensure high data quality and consistency.
  • Implement AI and automation to scale HR reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, New York, United States
  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation, people analytics, HRIS, or workforce analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience building data visualizations in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday Core HCM or Compensation modules.
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data automation and querying.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
