Partner Marketing Manager (AI): Building and leading the partner marketing function from the ground up to drive joint go-to-market strategies with key technology partners with an accent on full-funnel co-marketing and relationship management. Focus on creating joint value propositions, executing integrated campaigns, and establishing rigorous attribution for partner-sourced pipeline.

Location: San Francisco or New York City. International employees are supported, but USD salary ranges apply specifically to U.S.-based positions.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end partner marketing function, from joint strategy through execution and reporting.
  • Develop annual joint marketing plans with committed pipeline and revenue targets, managing the QBR cadence.
  • Craft a differentiated joint value proposition and "better together" narrative for buyers and executives.
  • Execute full-funnel co-marketing activities including webinars, events, ABM, and digital campaigns.
  • Build partner enablement assets such as co-branded content, solution briefs, and pitch decks.
  • Implement measurement and attribution for partner-sourced pipeline within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing.
  • Proven track record of shipping joint GTM campaigns with technology partners, cloud providers, or system integrators.
  • Hands-on experience with full-funnel campaign operation (ABM, digital, events).
  • Analytical proficiency with CRM and revenue operation tools for pipeline attribution.
  • Strong storytelling ability to communicate value to high-level executives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and build playbooks in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
