Location: Remote (Americas or EMEA)

What you will do

  • Map, prioritize, and activate target accounts across various consumer app categories including AI, Health, Productivity, and Gaming.
  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few personalized campaigns that provide genuine value to target growth and product leaders.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to align field feedback with marketing plays and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Rebuild GTM processes using AI-native workflows for account research, signal monitoring, and campaign orchestration.
  • Create high-impact assets such as monetization teardowns, private benchmark reports, and personalized landing pages.
  • Define and own ABM metrics, focusing on assisted pipeline and quality of engagement over lead volume.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or integrated GTM roles.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline with strategic accounts through high-quality, account-specific motions.
  • AI-native approach to work, utilizing AI for research, writing, and campaign automation.
  • Deep curiosity and interest in consumer app monetization, paywalls, and growth loops.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Clay, and 6sense.
  • Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in mobile apps, consumer subscriptions, or developer tools.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), pricing experiments, and app-to-web flows.
  • Experience organizing executive dinners, workshops, or event-led account plays.
  • Track record of using AI to make GTM workflows faster and more personal.
