What you will do

  • Drive global integrated campaign strategies tied to monthly product launches and demand generation goals.
  • Lead end-to-end webinar programs, including strategy, audience targeting, execution, and ROI reporting.
  • Architect and refine lead scoring models in Marketo to ensure high-quality pipeline for sales.
  • Build multi-touch campaign programs across email, digital ads, in-product, and web channels.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical narratives into messaging for developers and DevOps personas.
  • Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to VP and C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7–8 years of hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation and integrated campaign experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Marketo is required (building programs, lead scoring, and nurture streams).
  • Deep expertise in funnel metrics (Leads, MQLs, SQLs, PQLs) and behavioral vs. demographic scoring.
  • Proven experience owning the full lifecycle of webinar campaigns.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing developer tools, open-source software, or infrastructure products.
  • Experience building ABM programs alongside broader demand generation.
  • Marketo certification.
