What you will do
- Drive global integrated campaign strategies tied to monthly product launches and demand generation goals.
- Lead end-to-end webinar programs, including strategy, audience targeting, execution, and ROI reporting.
- Architect and refine lead scoring models in Marketo to ensure high-quality pipeline for sales.
- Build multi-touch campaign programs across email, digital ads, in-product, and web channels.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical narratives into messaging for developers and DevOps personas.
- Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to VP and C-level executives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7–8 years of hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation and integrated campaign experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Marketo is required (building programs, lead scoring, and nurture streams).
- Deep expertise in funnel metrics (Leads, MQLs, SQLs, PQLs) and behavioral vs. demographic scoring.
- Proven experience owning the full lifecycle of webinar campaigns.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing developer tools, open-source software, or infrastructure products.
- Experience building ABM programs alongside broader demand generation.
- Marketo certification.
