What you will do

  • Lead integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, and account-based marketing.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define target accounts, prioritize investment, and accelerate enterprise pipeline.
  • Use data to evaluate funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with GTM Operations and Data Science to optimize lead scoring, routing, and attribution systems.
  • Coach and develop a multidisciplinary team while fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Pioneer the application of AI and automation to improve marketing execution and personalization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline through integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, website optimization, and CRO.
  • Strong analytical instincts with experience in revenue planning and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI and emerging technologies to marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence to influence cross-functional leadership.
