What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on acquiring new enterprise customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate large, matrixed enterprise accounts.
• Engage with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to align hirify.global's capabilities with customer priorities.
• Partner with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and capture high-value opportunities to drive net-new customer acquisition.
• Innovate sales strategies to meet the dynamic needs of enterprise businesses in a rapidly evolving market.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record of selling to software engineers and technical decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success navigating and closing deals within large, matrixed enterprise organizations.
• Experience with cutting-edge developer tools or infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with consumption-based sales models.
• Must be based in Denver, Phoenix, or Las Vegas.
