TL;DR
Senior Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Building and strengthening strategic relationships with enterprise customers across North America with an accent on revenue growth, renewals, and expansion. Focus on developing strategic account plans, managing C-level stakeholders, and driving value-driven consultative upsells.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in and able to work on-site at the New York City office (Soho) twice a week
Salary: $215,000 - $250,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own expansion and renewal targets with a focus on upsells and cross-sells.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the US to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Develop strategic account plans aligning customer priorities with platform capabilities and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, from operational users to C-level executives.
- Negotiate contracts with a focus on long-term partnership health and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to influence the roadmap and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in enterprise account management or sales.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding complex customer relationships within the US market.
- Ability to work on-site in New York City (Soho) twice a week.
- Experience building trust-based relationships with VP- and C-level decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong commercial acumen.
