TL;DR

Sales Executive (Enterprise): Driving growth by securing multi-product contracts with large enterprise employers with an accent on consultative selling and strategic market development. Focus on building trusted relationships with HR and benefits leaders, managing complex full-cycle sales processes, and mentoring team members to enhance organizational sales capabilities.

Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Hybrid model applies for candidates in the greater SF area (3 days/week in-office).

Compensation: $240,000–$330,000 OTE (Base $120k–$165k + variable + equity).

What you will do

  • Own and exceed quotas by closing new logo deals with employers of 7,500+ employees.
  • Manage full-cycle enterprise sales including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior leaders in HR, Total Rewards, and Benefits departments.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and channel partners to drive regional go-to-market efforts.
  • Provide mentorship and share best practices to support team-wide capability building.
  • Represent the company at high-impact industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise, digital health, or benefits solution sales.
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions to HR/Benefits departments at large employers.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. employer benefits ecosystem and mental health trends.
  • Ability to manage long, strategic sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
