Salary: $195,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels.
  • Align hirify.global solutions with unique customer objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Proactively identify and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with the partner network to ensure exceptional client support.
  • Monitor customer health and stay updated on industry trends to inform product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle software sales or a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of account management within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts and CMS.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and credibility with executive stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify will be utilized to establish identity and eligibility).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Content Management, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
  • Experience presenting onsite to executive-level stakeholders.
