Salary: $195,000–$300,000 OTE

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships across all levels.
- Align solutions with unique customer objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Proactively identify and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with the partner network to ensure exceptional client support.
- Monitor customer health and stay updated on industry trends to inform product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle software sales or a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of account management within an enterprise environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts and CMS.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and credibility with executive stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify will be utilized to establish identity and eligibility).
Nice to have
- Experience selling Content Management, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
- Experience presenting onsite to executive-level stakeholders.
