TL;DR

HR Business Partner (GTM): Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management with an accent on using people data to identify risks and opportunities in performance, retention, and engagement. Focus on coaching managers on hiring and feedback, supporting talent reviews and promotions, and handling employee relations matters.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in our Mountain View or San Francisco office)

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 annually

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.
  • Analyze people data and business context to spot risks and opportunities in performance, retention, and engagement.
  • Coach managers on hiring, feedback, performance management, and team effectiveness.
  • Support talent reviews, promotions, employee relations, and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with Talent, Compensation, People Operations, RevOps, and Finance on hiring, compensation, and employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience supporting GTM or revenue organizations in high-growth SaaS/tech company
  • Strong business acumen with experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or RevOps
  • Expertise in performance management, org design, talent planning, and leadership coaching
  • Analytical skills to use data for decisions and scalable processes
  • Ability to handle complex people matters with judgment, discretion, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and high-ownership in fast-paced environments
