What you will do

• Partner with the Head of R&D and senior leadership to drive the people strategy for the transition to an AI-native company.
• Lead organizational design and change management across R&D to optimize for velocity, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Evolve technical career frameworks and leveling to reflect the shift toward AI-native development and increased individual ownership.
• Own workforce planning and talent strategy for specialized technical roles across hubs in NYC, Aarhus, and Tel Aviv.
• Coach senior technical leaders on organizational health, performance management, and team effectiveness.
• Utilize people analytics to diagnose organizational health and identify attrition risks before they become systemic.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as a strategic HRBP supporting global R&D or engineering organizations.
• Experience scaling technical organizations of 200+ employees through periods of rapid growth and complexity.
• Deep understanding of engineering workflows, product development lifecycles, and the impact of AI on technical roles.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead through influence, coaching, and analytical rigor.
• Must be based in the United States (New York or California).
