Location: Remote / Hybrid (Must be based in the USA, specifically New York or California)
Salary: $149K – $283K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

What you will do
- Partner with the Head of R&D and senior leadership to drive the people strategy for the transition to an AI-native company.
- Lead organizational design and change management across R&D to optimize for velocity, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Evolve technical career frameworks and leveling to reflect the shift toward AI-native development and increased individual ownership.
- Own workforce planning and talent strategy for specialized technical roles across hubs in NYC, Aarhus, and Tel Aviv.
- Coach senior technical leaders on organizational health, performance management, and team effectiveness.
- Utilize people analytics to diagnose organizational health and identify attrition risks before they become systemic.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as a strategic HRBP supporting global R&D or engineering organizations.
- Experience scaling technical organizations of 200+ employees through periods of rapid growth and complexity.
- Deep understanding of engineering workflows, product development lifecycles, and the impact of AI on technical roles.
- Strong executive presence and ability to lead through influence, coaching, and analytical rigor.
- Must be based in the United States (New York or California).

- Experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, or fintech sectors.
- Experience working in regulated environments where security and compliance intersect with people strategy.
