Salary: $122,000–$253,000

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and set the vision for project direction.
• Oversee project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and motivate team members while conducting code reviews.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify risks.
• Continuously improve technical processes, tools, and procedures.
• Liaise with stakeholders and present project status to senior management.

Requirements

• Must have 14 years of related experience (or equivalent degree/experience combinations).
• Must have 5 years of experience supporting the mission.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and modern technology stacks.
• Proficiency in agile frameworks, DevSecOps, microservices, and cloud architectures (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Experience in the Intelligence Customer space.
