Salary: $122,000–$253,000

What you will do
- Provide technical guidance and set the vision for project direction.
- Oversee project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-budget delivery.
- Mentor and motivate team members while conducting code reviews.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify risks.
- Continuously improve technical processes, tools, and procedures.
- Liaise with stakeholders and present project status to senior management.
Requirements
- Must have 14 years of related experience (or equivalent degree/experience combinations).
- Must have 5 years of experience supporting the mission.
- Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and modern technology stacks.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks, DevSecOps, microservices, and cloud architectures (AWS, Kubernetes).
- Experience in the Intelligence Customer space.
