What you will do

• Lead engineering and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise federal healthcare modernization.
• Oversee Configuration and Integration Testing (CIT) to ensure functional, performance, and security requirements are met.
• Coordinate technical implementation across software development, cloud infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity teams.
• Support AWS GovCloud implementation, ensuring strict compliance with Federal security and operational requirements.
• Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment readiness assessments.
• Partner with Program Management and Government stakeholders to resolve technical issues and remove roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise engineering, cloud, or systems integration initiatives.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud, AWS, Azure Government, or comparable secure cloud environments.
• Proven experience leading Configuration and Integration Testing (CIT) or enterprise application implementations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and systems integration principles.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect.
