Account Executive

Salary: $85k-$100k base + uncapped commission

What you will do

• Build and own a book of business from day one in a land-and-expand sales motion.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with law firms in the assigned market.
• Acquire and expand accounts over time using a dedicated marketing budget.
• Drive recurring revenue through a predictable model with strong product-market fit.
• Spend at least 3 days per week in the field for face-to-face selling, networking, and industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (remote-based field sales).
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to learn a new industry and translate insights to subject-matter experts.
• Comfort working in high-activity, high-agency roles.
• Experience using CRM tools.
