Location
Location: Remote (United States). Ability to work in EST, CST, MST, or PST.
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base + variable commission + equity + benefits.
What you will do
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new mid-market opportunities using warm leads and proactive outbound.
- Run discovery conversations to uncover business value and map technical capabilities to measurable outcomes.
- Navigate buying committees and multi-threaded deals across developers, platform teams, security, and procurement.
- Use AI tools daily for account research, outreach personalization, call summaries, and AI-synthesized CRM data for pipeline reviews.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering on POCs and demos to support technical validation.
- Own deals from first conversation through close, maintaining accurate forecasting and deal progression; partner with Customer Success and Product for expansion and handoff.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success closing mid-market deals.
- Proven ability to sell to technical buyers (developers, data engineers, platform teams) and translate technical needs into business outcomes.
- Experience navigating complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders across an organization.
- Actively uses AI tools as a standard part of work (not occasionally) for account research, outreach personalization, and deal prep.
- Working knowledge of how developers think and operate (SDLC, cloud infrastructure, open-source ecosystems) without needing to code.
- Ability to work in EST, CST, MST, or PST.
