What you will do

• Manage RFP and proposal processes, including service scoping and pricing.
• Conduct system demonstrations tailored to prospect-specific requirements.
• Develop presentation materials and support sales team activities.
• Draft and finalize Statements of Work during the contracting phase.
• Facilitate the transition of new clients from Sales to Operations teams.
• Provide oversight during implementation to ensure scope alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the benefits administration outsourcing industry.
• Direct experience with system implementation, requirements gathering, and configuration.
• Strong background in managing client relationships and sales support activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and conferencing tools like Zoom or WebEx.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead group presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
