TL;DR

Presales Architect (Cloud): Leading technical pre-sales engagements for public sector, healthcare, and non-profit segments with an accent on solution architecture, product demonstrations, and strategic vision. Focus on driving technical wins, mentoring peers, and designing complex communication solutions that solve critical business challenges.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible for hire in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA, or the San Francisco Bay Area (SF, Oakland, San Jose).

Compensation: $163,640 – $227,280 (varies by location).

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept activities.
  • Design and present complex, interactive technical solutions tailored to customer business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, communicating ROI and strategic vision.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to the broader presales engineering community.
  • Facilitate technical presentations at industry and internal events.
  • Integrate modern AI productivity tools into daily workflows to optimize preparation and response accuracy.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, delivery, or consulting for complex technical products.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding restricted states/cities listed above).
  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and application architecture.
  • Experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security domains.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing strategic accounts in public sector, healthcare, or social impact verticals.
  • Demonstrated personal interest in the social impact sector.
