Location: Must be based in Canada. This is a remote role with approximately 30–40% travel required throughout North America.

What you will do
- Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and align platform capabilities with municipal requirements.
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations that articulate value to prospective public-sector clients.
- Maintain and enhance demo environments to reflect real-world use cases and current product features.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and internal teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements.
- Support RFP and procurement processes by reviewing responses and presenting solutions during evaluations.
- Develop customer-facing materials and provide enablement training to Sales and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Specialist.
- Direct experience working within local government or the broader public sector.
- Ability to travel 30–40% of the time to client locations in Canada and the United States.
- Valid driver's license and Canadian passport required for international travel.
- Strong understanding of municipal operations and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience implementing solutions within a municipal environment.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and RFPs.
- Experience with EAM platforms or similar municipal software.
