What you will do

• Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and align platform capabilities with municipal requirements.
• Lead high-impact product demonstrations that articulate value to prospective public-sector clients.
• Maintain and enhance demo environments to reflect real-world use cases and current product features.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and internal teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements.
• Support RFP and procurement processes by reviewing responses and presenting solutions during evaluations.
• Develop customer-facing materials and provide enablement training to Sales and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Implementation Specialist.
• Direct experience working within local government or the broader public sector.
• Ability to travel 30–40% of the time to client locations in Canada and the United States.
• Valid driver's license and Canadian passport required for international travel.
• Strong understanding of municipal operations and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience implementing solutions within a municipal environment.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and RFPs.
• Experience with EAM platforms or similar municipal software.
