What you will do
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for critical GTM hiring initiatives.
- Engage exceptional candidates through personalized, high-impact outreach.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and improve pipeline quality.
- Conduct competitive intelligence research, including market mapping and compensation analysis.
- Experiment with new sourcing techniques and AI tools to uncover hidden talent.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective candidates to create talent communities.
Requirements
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach.
- Strong research skills and intellectual curiosity regarding market and organizational structures.
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts related to MarTech and GTM functions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
