What you will do

• Design and lead network-wide inventory management strategies across DCs, stores, and hubs.
• Own and manage the annual physical inventory calendar, including planning, execution, and reconciliation.
• Direct and develop a team of inventory specialists and site-level inventory leads.
• Create, implement, and enforce standardized inventory control policies, SOPs, and audit processes.
• Partner with Finance, Logistics, Store Operations, IT, and Merchandising to ensure data integrity.
• Lead the development of inventory-related reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-site inventory.
• Proven success managing large-scale physical inventories and implementing inventory control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Expertise in ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, NetSuite).
• Ability to travel up to 25% for inventory support and site leadership.
