What you will do

• Execute WMS processes and wave routes using Manhattan to ensure timely product picking in Distribution Centers.
• Collaborate with DC management to pre-wave routes and optimize stop/route capacity per lane to reduce cost per stop.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for wave research related to failures, overages, and location issues.
• Manage inventory adjustments, including add-ons and pull-offs impacted by the waving process.
• Provide operational support for the Transportation Management System (TMS).

Requirements

• High school diploma (College degree preferred).
• Understanding of general warehousing and distribution practices, including order processing, picking, and shipping.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston Heights, OH, USA.
• Ability to maintain a consistent, regular scheduled attendance.

Nice to have

• Some customer service experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
