What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL warehouse and carrier partners, monitoring KPIs for accuracy and shipping.
• Manage international export compliance, trade laws, and audit essential shipping documentation.
• Lead logistics execution during high-volume quarter-end periods to maximize revenue recognition.
• Orchestrate the end-to-end "cart bundle" program, including kitting and BOM fulfillment optimization.
• Troubleshoot warehouse discrepancies, inventory variances, and shipping delays.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or international trade.
• Strong knowledge of export compliance, incoterms (CIP, EXW, DDP), and international shipping documentation.
• Direct experience with 3PL warehouses and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
