What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL warehouse and carrier partners, monitoring KPIs for accuracy and shipping.
- Manage international export compliance, trade laws, and audit essential shipping documentation.
- Lead logistics execution during high-volume quarter-end periods to maximize revenue recognition.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end "cart bundle" program, including kitting and BOM fulfillment optimization.
- Troubleshoot warehouse discrepancies, inventory variances, and shipping delays.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of export compliance, incoterms (CIP, EXW, DDP), and international shipping documentation.
- Direct experience with 3PL warehouses and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
