Location: Must be based in the U.S.
Salary: $150,000–$170,000 base + equity

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Customer Success Managers through regular 1:1s and performance management.
- Own team performance metrics including customer retention, renewals, product adoption, and expansion pipeline.
- Establish scalable operating rhythms for account reviews, renewal forecasting, and health monitoring.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation to eliminate manual work and improve team efficiency.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful customer transitions and advocate for customer needs.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for SMB and Mid-Market segment relationships.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing Customer Success or Account Management teams.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, and team performance.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, or workflow tooling to improve productivity.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using customer health metrics to drive decisions.

- Previous startup or high-growth company experience.
