Staff Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Serving as a strategic business partner for major financial services accounts with an accent on driving measurable value, executive relationship building, and long-term account health. Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: Up to $200,000 base salary (plus bonus)

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive sponsors and CISO-level stakeholders.
- Lead business-focused onboarding, success planning, and value delivery milestones.
- Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risks in collaboration with sales.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
- Coordinate with technical support and solutions architects to resolve escalations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, preferably in or adjacent to financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic business partner and navigate organizational complexity.
- Familiarity with financial services regulatory and compliance drivers such as SOC 2, FedRAMP, or PCI DSS.
- Working knowledge of software supply chain security, vulnerability management, or DevSecOps.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience managing strategic accounts at a cybersecurity or infrastructure software company.
- Experience supporting or selling into banks, asset managers, or fintechs.
- Previous early-stage startup experience.
