Location: Must be based in Vancouver, Canada. Hybrid model requires in-office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 CAD base + 15% target bonus.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile enterprise accounts, each representing $500K+ in ARR.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal account teams.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and align product value with business priorities.
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, including CFOs.
- Present executive business reviews to reinforce value and align on strategic goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise account ownership experience in Customer Success or strategic account management.
- Proven track record managing high-ARR customers ($500K+) in SaaS or Fintech.
- Strong strategic account planning skills and experience working in cross-functional account teams.
- Ability to engage and build credibility with senior finance leadership.
- Must be based in Vancouver and able to work in a hybrid model (Mon, Tue, Thu in office).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk, and PowerBI.
- Bachelor's degree.
