What you will do
- Own the growth strategy for a high-volume SMB portfolio by identifying expansion opportunities.
- Analyze product usage, API health, and lifecycle signals to prioritize proactive outreach.
- Execute scalable, data-driven engagement strategies balancing personalization with automation.
- Partner with customers to increase product adoption and drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Enterprise CSMs to qualify and transition mature accounts.
- Refine playbooks and customer journeys using AI tools and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada (Ontario) or the USA (New York)
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within B2B SaaS.
- Strong discovery skills with a proactive mindset for identifying commercial opportunities.
- Experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms like HubSpot, Vitally, or Salesforce.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and research.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively across a large, high-volume customer portfolio.
