Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners to ensure exceptional service and strategic alignment.
  • Translate platform data into strategic recommendations to drive visibility and organic growth for clients.
  • Guide agency partners through onboarding, education, and adoption journeys to maximize platform value.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews focused on content strategy and AI-discovery performance.
  • Equip agency partners with the data and talking points needed to pitch and retain their own clients.
  • Apply scalable processes to manage account volume while maintaining high-quality relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a marketing/creative agency or martech/adtech environment.
  • Deep understanding of agency business models, including account structures, retainer dynamics, and margin pressures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn technical insights into persuasive strategic plans.
  • Builder mentality with experience defining new processes in early-stage startup or SaaS environments.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across product, sales, and marketing.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
  • Proven track record of driving account expansion and integration into client workflows.
