What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners to ensure exceptional service and strategic alignment.
- Translate platform data into strategic recommendations to drive visibility and organic growth for clients.
- Guide agency partners through onboarding, education, and adoption journeys to maximize platform value.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews focused on content strategy and AI-discovery performance.
- Equip agency partners with the data and talking points needed to pitch and retain their own clients.
- Apply scalable processes to manage account volume while maintaining high-quality relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a marketing/creative agency or martech/adtech environment.
- Deep understanding of agency business models, including account structures, retainer dynamics, and margin pressures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn technical insights into persuasive strategic plans.
- Builder mentality with experience defining new processes in early-stage startup or SaaS environments.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across product, sales, and marketing.
