Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Frisco, TX; Atlanta, GA; Mountain View, CA; Plano, TX; or San Diego, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office.
Salary: $142,000 – $233,000 (varies by location)

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Partner Customer Success Managers to transition firms from onboarding to full platform optimization.
- Develop scalable train-the-trainer enablement programs to drive deep engagement with new features.
- Own Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) targets by identifying expansion opportunities within existing partner bases.
- Lead high-impact Business Reviews focusing on future-state ROI and long-term partnership health.
- Act as the voice of the accountant to provide actionable roadmap insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Sales and Product to solve complex partner business challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-touch B2B or SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals and mid-market firm workflows.
- Proven ability to drive results within a large-scale, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in modern CS tech stacks such as Salesforce and analytics dashboards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site partner meetings.
