What you will do

• Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows, including user account creation and license provisioning.
• Perform PC and Mac setups, including imaging, application installation, and user profile configuration.
• Manage inventory systems and coordinate with the service desk for ticket prioritization.
• Handle shipping and receiving of hardware, including tracking and courier coordination.
• Troubleshoot returned hardware and manage warranty repairs with vendors.
• Maintain documentation and provide clear communication to clients regarding setup and shipping status.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite at the San Ramon, CA headquarters.
• Associate's degree in IT or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support and customer service.
• Proficiency in both PC and Mac deployment processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for client interaction.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft MD-100, MD-101, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Net+.
